The average price per square meter in the suburbs of Kiev in new buildings in January 2021 reached 16 900 UAH/m2.

Housing prices on the distance from Kiev:
up to 5 km -17 900 UAH/sq. m;
from 5 to 10 km – 17 800 UAH/sq. m;
from 10 to 20 km – 15 600 UAH/sq. m.
Most available at the price of new housing squares, as it turned out, Svyatopetrovsk (12 500 UAH) and Boryspil (15 000).
Near Kiev where the most expensive apartments:
according to analysts, the most expensive new housing under the capital in Petropavlivs'ka borshchahivka: here it will cost on average 20 400 UAH per square meter;
the second most expensive is Irpin', with the figure of 18 400 UAH per square meter;
a little cheaper apartment in a new residential Cherry here, the average price of 18 000 UAH/sq. m.
Previously Finance.ua reported that Prime Minister of Ukraine Denis Shmyhal until June 2021 will meet a new program of financial lease and mortgage at 5% per annum.
