
During 2019, in Ukraine there were 482 new listings. Throughout the year completed and put into operation new buildings 463 and 603-x – added new section.
This is evidenced by the analytical center of the DOM.RIA.
As can be noted, for 2019 on the website DOM.RIA has sold 314 buildings. Is 66% more than last year, when it was sold 189 new objects. Often bought in Kyiv and Lviv oblasts: 117 and 50 respectively.
This is almost half of all home sales on the website.

How to change the cost of housing in new buildings:
from the beginning of the year, the average price per square meter rose by $72, or 13.5%;

- in the national currency prices show decline of 4.6% due to the effect of the dollar;
- most new buildings rose in Sumy region: 36.7%. In January, square meter cost $330, at the end of the year $452. In Nikolaev the price increase amounted to 35.5%. In Khmelnytskyi 23,2%;
- not more expensive housing in dollar terms only in the Kherson region. The peculiarity of this region is due to the fact that the new objects appeared at the initial stages of construction with lower price than the market average.
The plans of the developers for 2020:
to increase the volume of new housing and to put in operation 820 houses;
- most new objects are expected in the capital of Ukraine – 235 and Odessa region – 147. Closes the three Lviv oblast, where they plan to put into operation 109 new homes.
