Apartment rentals have risen sharply in Kiev. Over the past 6 months, the average rental price has increased by almost UAH 6,500 — from UAH 11,142 to UAH 17,500.

This is reported by M2bomber. According to him, the rent of the capital's housing has risen in price and for the year — by almost 4500 UAH. Over the past month, prices have also increased, but not so significantly — by almost 600 UAH.

The price of renting a 1-room apartment

According to analysts, most often 1-room apartments in Kiev are rented for 10 400 UAH, 12 000 UAH, as well as 15 200 UAH. There are 7.9% of such ads. Also "popular" prices:

• 8,800 UAH — 7.2%;
• 7 200 UAH — 3.9%.

Prices for a 2-room apartment

2-room apartments are most often rented for 15,000 UAH — 13.3% of ads. Prices are also common:

• 10 000 UAH, 12 000 UAH, 20 000 UAH — 6.2%;
• 18 000 UAH, 26 000 UAH — 4.3%.

The cost of renting a 3-room apartment

According to analysts, most often 3-room apartments in Kiev are rented for 15 600 UAH. There are 9.7% of such ads. Also "popular" prices:

• 30 000 UAH — 7,9%;
• 18 000 UAH — 6.7%.
