When you can't change documents:
Renaming of the street where your apartment is located, is not necessary to change legal documents such as:
- certificate of ownership;
- certificate of inheritance;
- agreement of purchase and sale;
barter agreement;
- the contract of donation.
These documents are valid.
Also you don't need to change the residence permit in the passport - re-registration can be done with the replacement of passports, names and photographs.
All changes in your passport will be introduced as well when you change residence. "With the change of residence, the citizen should notify in writing the registration authority of the place of residence within 10 days. Changes to the passport service workers should be paid the same day and in the registration within 7 days", - explained in administration.
In some cases, to change the documents will have:

To do this, contact the Department of town planning and architecture of Executive body of Kyiv city Council. The sale of the apartment to make changes to documents of title is not necessary - you enough help to rename the street. On the basis of the right of ownership and certificate the notary will register the transaction and issue the title document to the new owner indicating the new name of the street.
